Join The Fun and Festivities
Wander the shops, restaurants, and cafés in the decorated Distillery District, and check out the outdoor Distillery Winter Village vendor cabins. Do some Christmas shopping for specially-curated seasonal items and gifts, and enjoy the delicious food. The Christmas ambiance along the cobblestones is sure to get you into the Christmas spirit! There are live carollers and other live entertainment to add to the atmosphere.
Don’t forget to stop for a moment to view the centrepiece Christmas Tree in Trinity Square. You might just spot Santa, too!
This year’s 51-foot tall White Spruce Christmas tree was designed by this year’s Distillery Winter Village sponsor, Parfums Christian Dior. Decorated with 400 custom midnight blue ornaments, 1,700 shiny and matte gold balls, and 70,000 twinkling lights, as well as 1,000 custom Dior star charms, it is sure to take your breath away.
Stop for festive photos along the Holiday Photo Walls, or join the Great Gingerbread Hunt, to find twelve gingerbread people, with a chance to win prizes.
You can also buy a star for $10 at the Wish Cabin, write down your Christmas wish, and hang your star on the Wish trees. $3 from each star benefits The Distillery Winter Village’s charitable partners.
