ABOUT DR. LEUNG
Dr. David Leung is an experienced periodontist with advanced training in periodontics, prosthodontics, and orthodontics. Born and raised in Toronto, he attended Upper Canada College before earning dual degrees in Finance and Biochemistry from New York University. He went on to complete his Doctor of Dental Medicine and specialty training in Periodontics at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine.
After more than a decade in the U.S., Dr. Leung returned to Toronto to be closer to family and pursue his personal interests. He is passionate about cooking, visiting art galleries, and playing volleyball in his free time.
Experience in Periodontics and Dental Implants
Dr. Leung has been placing dental implants since 2001 and focuses on procedures that help support the foundation of oral health. He brings extensive experience in managing gum health, treating periodontal disease, and supporting long-term function and aesthetics. Dr. Leung also serves as a clinical instructor at the University of Toronto and regularly shares his knowledge at academic and professional events.
